Senior Human Resources and Payroll Officer

Reputed company is looking for Senior Human Resources and payroll officer.

Job Description:

Coordinate, maintain, and generate Human Resources-related files, and records (personnel files, search files).

Process Human Resources documents such as new hire documents; check Human Resources authorization documents; ensure timely completion of all documents. Jobs available here.

Accurately track and process Human Resources documents; follow up as needed.

Input Human Resources information accurately into the system.

End to end processing of payroll

Coordinate drafting and distribution of office communications including office memos, letters, and other notices.

Distribute status forms for employee information such as changes to title, status, pay, department, etc. In a timely manner.

Backup for payroll submission as needed

Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned.


Bachelor s degree (preferably in human resources) or equivalent experience.

Prefer at least 5 years of payroll and administrative assistant experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to interact effectively with staff.

Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of local government policies related to employment and visas etc.

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
