Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.

Additional certification in Human Resources is a plus.

experience:

7 -10 Years of professional experience in handling all areas of Human Resources which includes recruitment, staffing, payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.

Excellent expertise in handling Oracle HRMS and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent expertise in the Kuwait Labor Law.

Excellent in handling monthly payroll, leave calculations and indemnity in coordination with banks.

Kuwait experience is a must.

Languages:

Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Arabic communication skills.
