Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to marine services and repairs

Prepare job estimates, and service reports

Coordinate between customers, technicians, and workshop team

Follow up on service progress and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (marine or automotive preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic technical knowledge of marine equipment is an advantage

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
