We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will act as the main point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring clear communication of customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers

Answer inquiries about service status.

Foster positive customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role

Knowledge of automotive technology and industry

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Arab nationality preferred

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must be in Kuwait with transferable residency
