We are looking for a reliable and detail- oriented shipping clerk to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for processing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring orders are dispatched on time and in good condition.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and process shipping documents, labels, and invoices

Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging

Coordinate with couriers and freight carriers for pickups and deliveries

Update shipping records and track order statuses in the system

Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding shipment updates

Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics (preferred)

Familiarity with shipping software and MS Office / Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
