The Shop Manager is responsible for driving store sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while leading the store team and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day- to- day operations of the store.

Achieve sales and profitability targets.

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.

Monitor sales performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.

Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock replenishment.

Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.

Prepare operational and performance reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

3–5 years of retail management experience.

Experience in luxury retail, premium FMCG, or the food & beverage industry is preferred.

Chocolate retail or confectionery industry experience is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
