**Requirements:**

* Arab national.

* Minimum **5 years of experience** in retail/showroom supervision.

* Strong retail sales and customer service experience.

* Proven ability to lead and supervise a showroom team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and problem- solving abilities.

* Experience in inventory control, merchandising, and daily showroom operations.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise the daily operations of the showroom.

* Lead, motivate, and support the sales team.

* Ensure excellent customer service and a professional shopping experience.

* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.

* Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.

* Oversee stock management and coordinate with the warehouse.

* Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
