We are looking to hire a Site Civil Supervisor for a chemical plant project

Location : Shuaiba Industrial Area

Hours : Not less than 48 hours per week

Role Summary:

Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.

Prepare progress drawings for site activities

Supervise the works performed by subcontractors

Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.

Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.

Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.

Collaborating with project managers, and engineers to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.

Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.

On- site works

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

10- 15 years of experience in civil works in a plant

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in KOC/KNPC projects essential

Experience in concrete and civil works for a bioethanol/chemical plant

Excellent communication skills in English

Valid transferable residency and driving license

Available to start immediately or on short notice
