We are seeking experienced Site Supervisor – RIG Preparation Project who will be responsible for overseeing all site- level activities related to the preparation, refurbishment, mobilization, or decommissioning of drilling rigs. The role ensures that the work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in related field (preferred).

• Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in rig site supervision, rig preparation, or related oil & gas projects.

• Solid understanding of Rig Preparation, safety standards, and project workflows.

• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple activities under pressure.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.

• Willingness to work in remote locations or rotational schedules.

• KOC Approved will be advantage

Working Conditions:

• Field- based role with extended periods at remote.

• Physically fit and able to work in challenging environmental conditions.

• May involve night shifts, weekends, and extended work hours depending on project needs.
