Job Description
A Social Media Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to promote our brand and engage with our audience effectively.
Working hours:
If full timer 5 days 8 hours a day
If part timer 5 days 4 hours a day
Both full timer and part timer must work from the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Develop innovative social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage company accounts on various social media platforms, including Snapchat, twitch, threads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, to attract and retain followers.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly within the scope of work.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
Analyze social media metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop, plan, and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand advocacy and partnerships.
Utilize SEO and content marketing strategies to maximize organic reach and audience engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing, with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
A solid understanding of social media platforms and their specific requirements for content optimization.
Knowledge of key marketing areas, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM.
Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret social media performance data.
Excellent communication and creative presentation skills to effectively engage with the target audience.
Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing software.
Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
