Key Responsibilities:-

• Install solar PV panels, mounting structures, and balance of system (BOS) components.

• Install, connect, and configure solar inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and electrical

distribution panels.

• Perform DC and AC electrical wiring in accordance with engineering drawings and safety

standards.

• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance verification.

• Inspect installed systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications and local

electrical codes.

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical

components.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar power systems.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

• Maintain accurate installation, inspection, and maintenance records.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company HSE policies.

• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients during installation and maintenance

activities.

• Identify and report any technical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

Qualifications:-

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electronics,

or a related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar PV system installation and maintenance.

• Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial solar power systems.

• Basic understanding of electrical principles and renewable energy systems.

• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
