1. Executive Head Chef / General Chef / Sous Chef

We are looking for chefs with strong fine dining experience and leadership ability.

Required experience in:

• Premium steaks and beef programs

• Seafood dishes

• Chicken specialties

• Appetizers

• Salads

• Side dishes

• Dessert knowledge

• Menu development and kitchen organization

• Fine dining presentation and luxury plating techniques

Most important requirement:

Strong experience in plating and presentation with an eye for luxury, elegance, and Instagram- worthy presentation.

2. Chef de Partie (CDP)

Specialized positions available in:

• Appetizers

• Desserts / Pastry

• Grill & Steak Section

• Seafood

• Salads & Cold Kitchen

• Side Dishes

Candidates must have experience in high- end restaurants, hotels, or luxury concepts.
