Key Responsibilities

-Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials

-Store items properly to prevent damage or loss

-Issue materials and supplies as requested

-Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

-Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations

-Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits

-Prepare purchase requisitions when stock is low

-Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area

-Follow safety and company procedures for storage and handling

-Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments
