Store-keeper Vacancy Available - Urgent

This position is responsible for maintenance and space management of store as per the Corporate Policy & procedures. Key responsibilities include coordination, receiving, storing, and issuing items. Keep up- to- date stock of stationery and minimum inventory requirements

Key Responsibilities –

• Stationery and Office equipment purchase – HO and other offices

• Purchasing all basic stationary items

• Procurement of all Office equipment and replacement of existing furniture in offices

• Handling AMC of office equipment.

• Handling complaints (office equipment and other miscellaneous) of HO and other departments

• Analyzing current market trends, adding new vendors and negotiating with existing vendors

• Co- ordinating with central store for proper supply.

• Co- ordination with third party vendor for SIM cards/Wireless/MW

• Co- ordination with Government entity for Local Fiber

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, Business Administration or Certification of related field.

• Capable of handling any material needs, solving material problems and inventory control issues as they arise.

• Capable of updating computer generated inventories and documents.

• Data Entry, EXCEL, Epro

• Updated on knowledge in their field of expertise.

• Ability to work independently.

• Any report required by external auditor/management.
