A Store Manager oversees daily retail operations, drives sales performance, manages staff, and ensures excellent customer service to maximize profitability. Key duties include hiring and training staff, inventory control, budget management, and maintaining store appearance. They are responsible for implementing company policies, driving sales targets, and resolving operational issues.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating employee performance.
Sales and Profitability: Developing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, analyzing performance metrics, and controlling costs.
Operations & Inventory: Managing inventory levels, stock ordering, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.
Customer Experience: Ensuring high standards of customer service, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Merchandising: Implementing visual merchandising standards and maintaining store cleanliness.
Reporting: Preparing reports on sales trends, expenses, and operational progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, lead, and mentor a team.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
Analytical: Ability to analyze business data and metrics.
Organization: Strong multitasking skills to manage daily operations, staff, and inventory.
Experience: Previous experience in retail management is generally
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, sheets, reports)
Experience in Perfume Company as Sales Manager
Minimum 1–2 years of experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with deadlines and manage data independently
Visa 18 Transferrable
