Student Affairs - Hotline (Call Center)

- Answer and attend to calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to

their queries and concerns

- De- escalate situations involving dissatisfied parents and students, offering

patient assistance and support

- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services

Requirements:

- Only Arab candidates will be considered for the position

- Past working experience in the call center is a must

- Experience in call centers/ hotline must be minimum 2 max 5 years is required

- Age: Max 30 years and not more will be considered
