Company required operation supervisor for a delivery services.

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver’s operation Supervisor to OVERSEE our team of delivery drivers.

Work is divided between office duties and field operations if needed.

Must have experience in management and supervising with drivers.

The role involves ensuring timely and efficient deliveries, maintaining fleet discipline, and upholding safety and service standards.

Minimum 4 years of experience in delivery operations or logistics supervision

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

• Ability to create and implement productivity improvement plans

• Strong client relationship management skills to support business strategies

• Proven experience in contact management

• Proficient in computer applications

• Applicant must currently be in Kuwait with a transferable residency (valid ID) PLUS DRIVER LICENSEE
