We are seeking a dedicated Garage supervisor to oversee operations in our garage facility. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, scheduling maintenance tasks, assigning technicians to various jobs, conducting Health and Safety meetings, and assisting in the hiring process of new technicians.

 

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a garage or similar environment.

* Strong organizational and leadership skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

* Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

 

Responsibilities

* Schedule repairs in garage.

* Review Preventive Maintenance lists and assure on time servicing.

* Generate R.W.O. from WEB Fleet Assistance (Computer System).

* Maintain high productivity of mechanics.

* Supervise repair process and consult with mechanics on best practices.

* Diagnose repairs.

* Maintain low level of vehicles out of service.

Experience

* Mechanical experience.

* Licensed - truck and trailer.

* Computer technology skills.

* Diagnostic skills.

* Driving and vehicle performance skills.
