Requirements:

• Assist in procurement operations, including sourcing, vendor selection, and order placement.

• Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.

• Support inventory management to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to address procurement needs.

• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Prepare procurement- related reports and support cost analysis and performance tracking.

• Maintain up- to- date procurement documentation and inventory records.
