We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sweet Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the sweet shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, and stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions and balancing cash registers.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and train staff effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Passion for sweets and creating a joyful customer experience.
