Tea Boy / Hospitality Staff – Job Description

Job Summary

The Tea Boy / Hospitality Staff is responsible for providing refreshments and hospitality services to employees, management, and visitors while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pantry and Top Management office.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests

Ensure pantry and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and hygienic at all times

Maintain stock of pantry supplies and inform management about shortages

Serve guests and visitors in a professional and polite manner

Clean cups, utensils, tables, and hospitality equipment regularly

Support meeting room setup with refreshments when required

Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards in office areas

Assist with basic office support duties when needed

Follow company hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, office boy, tea boy, or housekeeping roles is preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Neat appearance and good personal hygiene

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Polite, cooperative, and service- oriented attitude
