Role Description

This is a full- time on- site role for a Technical Service Engineer for Large format printers at Print Media. The Technical Service Engineer for Large format printers is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers. They will be required to perform maintenance and repair activities to resolve customer queries efficiently. The Technical Service Engineer will also maintain reports and provide feedback to the management team.

Technical Services and Technical Support skills for Large format printers

Analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving problems

Troubleshooting skills for identifying and fixing technical issues

Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in customer service or technical support

Proficient in computer hardware and software systems

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
