Responsibilities

* Contact prospective and existing customers to present models, offers.

* Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM create opportunities, follow up, close deals, and update records daily.

* Prepare accurate quotations, send them to customers, and follow up through to closure.

Requirements

* 3–5 years* of experience in automotive telesales or inside sales

* Proficiency in *CRM* systems, with excellent typing and documentation speed

* Strong communication in Arabic and very good English

* Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close sales over the phone

* Preference for candidates with an existing client base or experience in the Kuwait market

* Fluency in the *Kuwaiti dialect* is a mandatory requirement
