Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Teller at Almalik Exchange Company, located on-site in aljaleeb. The Teller will be responsible for processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency exchanges. Daily tasks include assisting customers with account inquiries, handling cash, reconciling cash drawers, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The Teller will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.

Qualifications

Cash handling and transaction processing skills.

Customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Basic computer and data entry skills

Previous experience in a financial or banking environment is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent
