The Tender & Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing tender documentation, handling government submissions, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and ensuring smooth financial and administrative operations. The role involves frequent liaison with ministries, banks, and suppliers to ensure timely processing of tenders, invoices, and certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize tender documents accurately and timely.
Request and follow up on sample submissions until they arrive in Kuwait.
Submit samples and tenders to the Ministry of Health (MOH) twice a week and follow up on the results.
Maintain a comprehensive archive and log of all tenders.
Visit Banks to collect cheques related to tender activities.
Submit required certificates and company registration documents to the Drug and Food Control department.
Prepare and submit company registration applications to local and international regulatory authorities.
Compile, review, and submit product registration dossiers in compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., MHO, etc.).
Verify invoices from suppliers (e.g., Guangzhou Group), ensuring item names and HS codes are accurate.
Coordinate with the Drug and Food Control department to submit and follow up on the release of invoices
