1. Tender Specialist / Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the initial evaluation of tenders and recommend strategies.
• Prepare detailed technical analysis and cost estimates to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and factual correctness in all technical content of tender submissions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all tender- related processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of tender processes.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Immediate joiner with transferable residency.
2. Journey Management Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure the safe and efficient movement of personnel and equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments and optimize travel routes to minimize risks and delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies during all journeys.
• Monitor journey progress and handle emergencies if required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in journey management or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem- solving skills.
• Proficient in journey management software and GPS systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with additional language skills preferred.
