We are seeking a Testing & Commissioning Engineer / Supervisor with proven experience in high- voltage transmission substations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have hands- on experience with 132 kV / 400 kV substations, including protection, control, and primary equipment testing.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in transmission substation testing & commissioning

Prior experience in Kuwait is mandatory

Strong knowledge of HV equipment, protection relays, SCADA, and control systems

Experience in pre- commissioning, energization, and handover procedures

Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with client and OEMs

Familiar with MEW standards and project documentation
