**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers in booking hotel reservations and tickets.

- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, room availability, and rates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

- Collaborate with department management to optimize booking processes and strategies.

- Stay updated on the latest l promotions and offers to maximize sales opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using booking systems and software.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
