TIG Welder & Fabricator

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, pipe, fittings, valves, and pressure components

Execute root pass, fill, and cap as per WPS

Carry out orbital or manual TIG when required

Handle argon purging for SS pipe systems

Ensure weld penetration and leak- tight quality

Fabrication

Read isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, and P&IDs

Prepare materials, beveling, fit- up, alignment

Weld threaded adaptors, caps, couplings, reducers, and custom machined parts

Assist in pressure vessel / accumulator / wellhead jobs

Quality & Compliance

Follow WPS, PQR, ASME Section IX, API requirements

Maintain weld traceability

Conduct visual inspection

Coordinate for NDT (PT, RT, UT) where required
