Travel & Reservation Officer Required

Golden Eagle Travel & Tourism Company is looking to hire a Travel & Reservation Officer to join our team.

Position:

Travel & Reservation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Booking and issuing airline tickets.

Booking hotels and arranging travel services for customers.

Following up on reservations and making amendments when required.

Handling reservation systems such as Galileo & Amadeus, as well as online booking platforms.

Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Intermediate experience at least onebyear, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.

Knowledge of flight and hotel reservations is an advantage.

Good command of English.

Arabic language is an advantage.

Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.

Commitment, discipline, and reliability.

Required nationalities: Arab / Indian / Bangladeshi.

Available to join within a short period.
