We are looking for a skilled marine upholsterer to join our team, specializing in leather upholstery for boats and yachts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with marine- grade leather, ensuring high- quality craftsmanship and durability in marine environments.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and sew leather for boat seats, cushions, and other interior and exterior surfaces.

• Remove old upholstery and prepare surfaces for reupholstering.

• Install new leather upholstery, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.

• Select and recommend appropriate marine- grade leather and materials to clients.

• Ensure all work meets durability standards for marine environments, including resistance to sun, salt, and water.

• Collaborate with clients to design custom upholstery solutions.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and manage inventory of materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in upholstery, particularly with leather.

• Experience in marine upholstery is highly preferred.

• Strong sewing and craftsmanship skills.

• Knowledge of marine- grade materials and their applications.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills for client interaction
