URGENT HIRING – Assistant Pastry Chef

We are looking to hire an Assistant Pastry Chef for a professional pastry shop, with strong experience in baking and decorating cakes, entremets, and pastries

Key Responsibilities:

1) Bake and decorate cakes, entremets, and layered desserts.

2) Perform chocolate tempering, chocolate décor, piping, and meringue making.

3) Prepare sauces, custards, and ice cream.

4) Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

5) Collaborate with the pastry team to meet daily production needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of pastry experience.

Pastry diploma is a plus.

Preferred nationality: Sri Lankan.

Strong skills in cake decorating and modern pastry techniques.

Location: Shuwaikh Industrial

Working Hours: 9 hours daily (including 1- hour break)
