We are looking for a Female Receptionist and Female Call Center Representative to join our Cosmetic Clinic in Hawally.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic.

Book and confirm patient appointments as per clinic guidelines.

Answer patient inquiries and provide necessary assistance.

Communicate effectively with staff members and assist doctors when required.

Handle incoming phone calls professionally.

Make marketing and follow-up calls as directed.

Perform basic computer tasks and maintain organized records.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Diploma or Bachelor s degree qualification.

Basic computer knowledge

Arabic speaking preferred
