Welders (6G)

3. Skills and Qualifications

Certified 6G Welder (ASME Section IX or equivalent).

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in pressure vessel or heat exchanger fabrication.

Skilled in TIG + Arc welding (GTAW + Smaw) for both root and fill passes.

Strong knowledge of WPS/PQR procedures and Filler material selection.

Ability to Weld in all positions and maintain Weld quality under inspection.

Familiar with NDT processes and acceptance criteria.

Good communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.

4. Education and Certifications

Technical Diploma or ITI Certificate in Welding / Fabrication.

Valid ASME or AWS 6G Welder Qualification Certificate preferred.
