Job Description:
As the R&D Executive Chef, you will play a key role in driving the creative vision and ensuring each concept delivers exceptional culinary experiences that reflect the brand’s passion for quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
~Lead the research and development of new menu items for each restaurant concept, ensuring they align with brand standards and customer preferences.
~Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure new items are seamlessly integrated into existing menus and meet operational requirements.
~Conduct tastings, quality checks, and consistency tests for all dishes across concepts, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
~Keep up with the latest food trends and competitor offerings, incorporating fresh ideas and inspiration into menu development.
~Manage relationships with suppliers to source high- quality, fresh ingredients that align with each concept’s unique offerings.
~Train and mentor kitchen staff on new recipes, cooking methods, and presentation techniques.
~Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards across all kitchens.
~Develop and maintain accurate recipe documentation, including ingredient lists, preparation methods, and portion sizes for each concept.
Location: Kuwait City
Working Hrs: 8 Hrs (5 Days in a week)
