We are seeking a calm, detail- oriented, and professional Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations for a luxury watch brand

Requirements:

~Experience: 3 - 5 Years

~Accepting Visa 18 Ahli, Immediate Joiners

Job Responsibilities

1) Lead and manage a team of 3–4 members

2) Take initiative in operations and delegate tasks effectively

3) Improve and edit SOPs for efficient workflow

4) Handle high- pressure, fast- paced luxury product operations

5) Maintain professional customer relations with integrity and patience

6) Ensure understanding and adherence to KPIs, SOPs, and continuous process improvement

Location - Kuwait City

Working Hrs - 12 Pm - 9 Pm | Sunday to Thursday
