URGENT HIRING – Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role

Previous experience in a pastry shop or bakery is highly preferred

Visa 18 (Ahli) holders

Immediate joiners preferred

Proactive, hands- on, and eager to grow with the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships and procurement

• Monitor inventory and stock levels

• Oversee online ordering platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.)

• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate daily operations

• Assist with payroll and salary administration

• Coordinate with third- party service providers and vendors

• Ensure smooth day- to- day operations while maintaining high service and quality standards
