URGENT HIRING – Retail Store Supervisor

Experience: 2–4 Years

Preference: Male candidates with strong retail experience

Must have an old driving license

Key Responsibilities

1) Supervise daily store and production operations

2) Manage a team of 12–15 staff (tailors & sales team)

3) Handle staff scheduling, employee relations, and performance

4) Prepare and maintain operational and staff reports

5) Lead and manage in- store events independently

6) Ensure smooth day- to- day store operations and workflow

Working Hours: 8 Hours + 1 Hour Break
