Job Vacancy – IT Manager (Indian Nationality)Hiring in Kuwait

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong hands- on experience with Odoo ERP systems

• Experience managing IT operations for group companies and factories

• Strong experience in Smart Home Systems & Automation Solutions

• Experience in configuring and managing Smart Home technologies, IoT devices, CCTV, biometric systems, and access control systems

• Strong understanding of networks, servers, cybersecurity, cloud systems & backups

• Knowledge of SQL databases and database management

• Experience with barcode systems and inventory technologies

• Knowledge of e- commerce integrations and online business systems

• Knowledge of ERP workflow customization and user access controls

• Experience supporting finance, production, and warehouse ERP modules

• Ability to manage ERP integrations and digital transformation projects

Preferred Certifications & Courses:

• Odoo ERP Certification

• CCNA / CCNP Certification

• Microsoft 365 Administration

• Cybersecurity Courses (Fortinet, CEH, CompTIA Security+)

• VMware / Virtualization Courses

• ITIL Certification

• Project Management Courses (PMP is an advantage)

• Smart Home & IoT Systems Training

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing environments

• Arabic language is an advantage
