1. Senior Facilities Manager- 5 Numbers (Bachelor Degree in Mech / Elec Engineering + MBA, + 15 years Minimum experience from High rise towers, Commercial Properties)

2. Maintenance Managers - 5 Numbers ( B.E, Mech / Elec + 10 years experience from Towers / Commercial Complexes)

3. ELV Engineers (B.E. E and I , Minimum 7 years experience in BMS, FA.LC, EMS, GRMS, HVAC Controls)- 6 Numbers.

4.ELV Supervisors (B.E + 3 years experience , DME, DEEE, D E and I + 6 years experience , NCVT-ITI + 9 years )-6 Numbers.

5. HVAC Supervisors ( B.E + 3 years , DME/DEEE + 6 years , NCVT-ITI 9 experience in District cooling systems)- 6 Numbers.

6. Electrical Supervisors (B.E. 3 years , DEEE 6 years , NCVT-ITI-9 years with Commercial complex, Hospital, Airport maintenance project experience)- 8 Numbers.

7. Fire Protection Supervisors (B.E. 3 years , DME 6 years , NCVT-ITI-9 years , with experience on Fire Pumps ( Diesel and Elec operated), Hydrants, FM 200, Foam systems, Smoke Ventilation fans- Must have experience from High rise towers, Huge malls, Hospitals and Airports)-6 Numbers.

8. Technicians each 12 Numbers

HVAC, BMS, FA, PLU and FF, Pump Mech, General Mech DME/DEEE/DE and I, DRAC-NCVT-ITI ( 2 years study). Minimum of 9 years experience from High rise, commercial, hospital, airport, educational complexes.
