RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

2.Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing.

3.Dividing concrete construction projects into different stages and evaluating how much labor and materials are required for each stage.

4.Create and maintain a construction schedule with project goals in mind

5.Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are followed on construction sites

6.Consulting blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed.

7.Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

8.Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

9.Consult regularly with property owners, tenants, and other major stakeholders

10.Ensure all construction projects stay on schedule, remain within the budget, and are completed successfully

11.Calculate productivity rates and report project status to supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

•Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering

•Proven experience as a Civil Foreman with structural work experience.

•The ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
