Role Summary
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant with solid hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 (Retail and Commerce / POS) to support our retail and trading operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end functional and technical activities within MS Dynamics, ensuring smooth POS-to-Dynamics data flows, strengthening integrations with other enterprise systems, and driving process improvements.
Technical and Functional Skills
3 5 Years of techno-functional experience in MS Dynamics 365, preferably in Retail and Commerce (POS) and SCM modules.
Strong knowledge of POS operations, sales order processing, and invoicing flows.
experience with Data Entities, DMF, batch jobs, and interface monitoring in MS Dynamics.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing workflows, forms, and business logic.
Practical experience with X ++, Power Platform, or related tools for light customizations.
Strong reporting skills using SQL, Power BI, or embedded reporting tools.
experience in designing and supporting ERP integrations using REST/OData APIs or middleware.
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and transaction failures within Dynamics.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

? Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
? Good communication skills.
? Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
