Urgently looking to hire ( HVAC Operations Manager)

Manage HVAC operations, including installation, repair, and maintenance, while overseeing a team of technicians and staff. Ensure timely, budget- compliant project completion and optimize service efficiency. Monitor performance metrics for quality, customer service, and profitability. Coordinate with stakeholders, maintain compliance with regulations, and manage equipment and inventory. Provide technical support, develop training programs, and handle customer inquiries. Prepare reports for senior management and assist in estimating and proposing new projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience preferably in the fan or HVAC industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.

Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and budgets effectively.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem- solving skills.

Familiarity with HVAC- related software, including project management and scheduling tools.

EPA Certification, NATE Certification, or other industry- recognized certifications are a plus.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.

Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
