We need following excellency -

1) He must have experience from Interior Background.

2) He should know Autocad or REVIT for Plan, Elevation, Section and Details.

3) Proficiency in 3D max with Vray is a must for photo realistic render.

4) PhotoShop skill is essential for post render presentation.

5) Making Presentation, reporting to senior designer plus work on deadline.

6) Animation is plus point.
