We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team at the Asphalt Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met and maintained across plant operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily site activities to ensure safe work practices.

Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Provide safety training and toolbox talks to employees.

Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and local regulations.

Maintain HSE records and reports.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

Minimum 3 years of HSE experience (preferably in asphalt, construction, or heavy industry).

NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
