For a multi-disciplined and professional Engineering and construction management firm based in Kuwait. We are looking for young, energetic and experienced professionals for our running project:

1. Engineer (inspection)

Qualification and experience

A) Shall be a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical / Electronics discipline.

B) Shall have a minimum of 8 years experience in inspection of equipment, instruments and materials related to OCTGs, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Chemical.

C) Shall be familiar with technical services, inventory management, planning, design and construction of infrastructure, project management, technical training, Contract Management, planning and expediting activities, maintenance, repairs and testing equipment used to perform daily activities.

D) Shall be familiar with tendering and contracting, planning and expediting, maintenance, repairs and testing equipment used to perform daily activities.

E) Knowledge of International Standards and Codes such as API/ASTM/ASME/TEMA/BS etc. Is essential.

F) Shall have a good command of English language, should be able to read, write and speak fluently and capable of preparing comprehensive Inspection Reports.

G) Shall be conversant in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.

Job Description

A) Shall be required to inspect equipment, instruments and materials related to OCTGs, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Chemical at locations as specified by the Company.

B) Ensure quality inspection of incoming material and generate quality reports.

C) Communicate with internal and external agencies to ensure quality inspection.

D) Shall be required to perform inventory and warehouse management.

E) Should be able to coordinate and management manpower in the section.

2. Lead engineer (inspection)

Qualification and experience

A) Shall have a minimum of 12 years experience in Inspection of equipment, instruments and materials related to OCTGs, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Chemical.

B) Shall be familiar with technical services, inventory management, planning, design and construction of infrastructure, project management, technical training, Contract Management, planning and expediting activities, maintenance, repairs and testing equipment used to perform daily activities.

C) Shall be familiar with tendering and contracting, planning and expediting, maintenance, repairs and testing equipment used to perform daily activities.

D) Knowledge of International Standards and Codes such as API/ASTM/ASME/TEMA/BS etc. Is essential.

Job Description

A) Performs inspection of materials and equipment delivered to KOC Warehouses related to OCTGs, Drilling, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Chemical etc. This involves vetting inspection requests deciding on acceptable quality levels and methods of inspection.

B) Ensure quality inspection of incoming material and generate quality reports.

C) Shall supervise activities of other Engineers.

D) Reviews specification for delivered materials. This encompasses product quality, ensuring clear specifications and operational safety.

E) Handle Third Party Inspection and Coordination with various End User and Purchasing Teams.

F) Prepare reports, charts, emails, memos etc.

G) Communicate with internal and external agencies to ensure quality inspection.

H) Perform inventory and warehouse management.

I) Should be able to coordinate and manage manpower in the section.

J) Identifies opportunities for improvements in warehouse management, stacking policies, material handling and Other storage related matters.

K) Performs other related duties such as giving advice to users on preparation of specifications, material inspection requirements, inspection procedures, adhering to HSEMS rules and regulations.

3. Electrician

Minimum 5 years gulf experience in power plant and Maintenance field.
