We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Logistic Manager
Requirements:
experience in customs clearance for import and export via sea, air, and land shipment.
Knowledge of quotation procedures.
Gender: Open.
Visa Requirement: 18 Transferable Visa.
Language: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including import/export clearance.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Provide accurate and timely quotations for logistics services.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
2. Customer Service Representative for Logistics.
Requirements:
experience in customer service within the logistics industry.
Gender: Female.
Visa Requirement: 18 Transferable Visa.
Language: Fluent in Arabic.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide support in documentation and administrative tasks related to logistics.
3. Customer Service Representative for Trading Business.
Requirements:
experience in customer service with a focus on trading business.
Gender: Female.
Visa Requirement: 18 Transferable Visa.
Language: Fluent in Arabic.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and provide assistance related to trading business operations.
Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with sales and trading teams to meet customer needs.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for trading transactions.
