1. Position: Videographer
Summary:
Works in collaboration with other clients and production staff to produce a variety of video products for broadcasting, compression output, webcasting, and video streaming; plans and directs assigned studio productions; oversees operation of small multi- camera studio; operates video switching, character generation and digital video effects equipment, edit controllers, cameras, hard disk video recorders, video distribution switchers, and audio mixers; sets up and adjusts studio lighting equipment including fixed and portable tungsten lights; adjusts audio
equipment including assorted lavaliere, cardioid and shotgun microphones; works with clients to prepare “B- roll” footage for inclusion in live productions; provides limited troubleshooting of video, audio and lighting equipment; performs routine equipment maintenance; makes recommendations to department for software and equipment purchases.
JOB KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

3. Position: 3D Artist & Editor

Summary:
The Motion Graphics Designer will work on conceptualizing, designing and executing motion graphics, graphic design elements, cinemographs, GIFS and other dynamic visual content for a wide range of projects while adhering to project timelines, and understanding how to approach the level of animations accordingly

o Plan the news article and subject to appear in the magazine and prepare time frame list for execution of the issue
o Responsible for keeping track of all publications within the time frame and deadline of the Company

6. Position: Bilingual Editor
Summary:
o Attends all Company events and sponsored events as directed by the Company, and ensures appropriate coverage of such events in the Company’s publications
o Writing, editing and conducting interviews for all Company publications
o Composing speeches and press releases
o Editing the Company’s website
o Translating and copy- writing in both Arabic and English for Company’s media campaigns and publications.

7. Position: English Editor
Summary:

8. Position: Senior Technical Assistant (Inventory System Management)
Summary:
o Manage Inventory store system
o Update inventory system
o Receive inventory requests and load materials
o Maintain store inventory and create quantity reports
o Archive all the printed publications in the Company’s store
JOB KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
o Secondary school certificate + 2 year diploma or certified course in computer operation
o Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in store management
o Good command of Arabic and English language
o Good computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office, Database software or any warehouse management software
o Ability to electronically create a database to track and archive the Company’s inventory
9. Position: IT Technician (Digital Archivist)
Summary:
o Entry of all media orders information received in the Company’s archiving system
o Correcting images electronically using Adobe Photoshop
o Preparing media orders
o Scanning negatives and any other documents/ media upon the directions of the Superintendent
o Archiving all images received from photographers on CDs or DVDs with all tagging information e.g. the title, order number, date and group, etc.
o Responsible for all albums, black and white (old photographs) and negatives in the Company’s library
JOB KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
o Diploma in computer sciences/ photography/ library science
o Minimum six (6) years’ experience in photomontage and retouching, electronic archiving and indexing of all documents and records preserving.
o Knowledge of PC including the use of different software such as Microsoft Office (latest edition), Photoshop, Access and data entry in both Arabic and English
10. Position: Website Editor
Summary:
o Updates the Company’s website and the Superintendents’ Group portal sections and social network pages and page elements, and the creation of sub- sites, templates, style sheets and graphics
o Able to work in a demanding and dynamic environment, helping to disseminate bi- lingual information across the Company
o Preparing daily news clippings from all local newspapers and websites, and publishing it on the Company portal by 09: 00 hours, on all days of the week, including weekends

o University degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Mass Communication
o Minimum seven (7) years’ experience working as a web designer on commercial websites

o Capture photos on different subjects and locations in Kuwait regularly

o Diploma in Photography or minimum seven (7) years’ experience in the field

12. Position: Developer III (Digital Designer)
Summary:
The Developer III will work with our team on conceptualizing, designing and executing motion graphics, graphic design elements, cinemographs, GIFS and other dynamic visual content for a wide range of clients as well as internal projects. While many projects will involve working closely with our team in a collaborative environment, we’re looking for a candidate who can confidently take ownership of a project from start to finish with little supervision. The successful candidate will need to adhere to project timelines, and understand how to approach the level of their animations accordingly.

Summary:
o Arrange, organize and assist in all general manager’s tasks
o Obtain, input and monitor invoices in a timely manner ensuring invoices all billed on a day- to- day basis
o Assist in handling all HR related work for contract personnel
o Obtain quotations when required
o Input and ensure all printing and media requests are conducted in a timely manner
o Ensure store items are properly received, maintained and distributed in coordination with storekeeper
