Job Title: QA/QC Inspector (Workshop) I Location: West Shuaiba Industrial Area
Job Type: Full- Time I Salary: Will be Decide after Direct Interview
About the Role:
We are seeking a QA/QC Inspector (Workshop) to ensure the quality and compliance of fabricated steel components and materials within our workshop. The ideal candidate will conduct inspections, perform testing, and maintain quality records to uphold industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in- process and final inspections of fabricated steel components, raw materials, and consumables.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and approval of received materials and fabricated components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Implement inspection hold points at all production stages.
• Perform non- destructive and destructive testing to verify structural integrity.
• Document and report non- conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve fabrication processes.
• Assist the Senior QA/QC Engineer in enhancing the company's quality management system.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical and inspection
skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in QA/QC within steel fabrication or manufacturing industries.
Certifications (Preferred):
• CSWIP 3.1 / AWS- CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
• ASNT Level II (UT, RT, MT, PT)
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with non- destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem- solving abilities.
