A leading MEP construction company is looking for Planning and Cost Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP works using tools such as Primavera P6.

Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.

Track and control project costs to avoid overruns.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Prepare and analyze reports on project performance, including earned value analysis (EVA).

Support tendering and bid preparation with planning and cost estimates.

Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil).

6 + Years of experience in planning and cost control.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS word and MS Excel.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction sequences. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
